Back on the blog wagon?

Ok, I know! I know! I've been slacking and I find that I'm trying to do too many things at one time. So at least I'll give you a quick catch up. Back in September I did my first 5k! I wasn't able to run the whole thing but, I ran about 1/2 of it and finished in about 47 minutes. I plan on doing another one with the hopes to finisher faster than the last time!

We had some family photos done by one of my co-workers. Thanks Nikki ! Email me if you are interested in having her do your photos! She is just starting out so we gave her some practice!

Earlier this month we went get our pumpkins at Rimelspach farms. Great photo ops there!

Yesterday we went to a Michigan game with our friends (the Brandon's) and had a wonderful time, despite the rain.

I've also been thinking about some other stuff that I want to work on and write about such as recipes and crafts that I'm working on based on my pins from Pinterest. Your thoughts?

Cake and Presents for Paige

We celebrated Paige's birthday on the 15th...we had a small family get together. 

We had cake from Mama Wally's Treats.  So yummy.  She is on facebook and I highly reccomend her.  I sent her pictures of Paige's helmet and asked her to put the bird from the helmet on the cake.  She did a great job.  She even does little smash cakes.  I was so happy going with her.

Speaking of the helmet, we took it off of her so that she wouldn't get frosting all over it...Glad we did!  Paige dove right into that smash cake the moment I put it in front of her.

Maddie was encouraging her to eat her cake.

We then took a little daddy break and changed clothes becuase Michigan was playing.  (This was done for Daddy) :)

 

Opening presents.  She liked the wrapping most of all.  Paige had a great day!
