I've been making meatballs for years and when I was younger my dad would always have me make the meatballs instead of my mom (sorry mom!) so here is my recipe. By the way, this recipe is for 1 lb of ground meat. In the pictures, I used ground turkey.
1 egg or egg beaters
1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/3 cup French onions (measure then mash them up)
1/2 cup frozen chopped onions
1 clove garlic or 1 tsp jarred chopped garlic
Worcestershire sauce (a few splashed)
Preheat oven to 350
Use a small ice cream scoop and place on a lipped cookie sheet.. I lined mine with foil for easy clean up. Use your hands and round out the meatballs. Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes. Enjoy!
